This is not a flaw.
This is protection.
Regulation is not about forcing yourself to feel calm.
It is about gently teaching your body:
“You are safe enough right now.”

As you watch each short, allow yourself to:
No judgment.
No fixing.
No forcing.
Just awareness.

Feel your feet on the ground.
