This space was created for one purpose.

To help you return to yourself.

We are not rushing recovery.

We are allowing it.




Before You Begin

Take a moment.

Place your feet on the ground.

Relax your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Breathe in slowly.

Hold gently.

Release.

You are here.



Each video you see here is short, simple, and intentional.

These are not lessons to memorize. These are moments to experience.

You may notice:

  • A shift in your breathing
  • A softening in your body
  • A sense of awareness returning
  • Or simply a pause

That is enough.


Nervous system regulation is the ability to return to a state of safety after stress, overwhelm, or activation.

When you have experienced trauma, your body may stay in:

Fight, Flight, Freeze, or constant alertness

This is not a flaw.

This is protection.

Regulation is not about forcing yourself to feel calm.

It is about gently teaching your body:

“You are safe enough right now.”

There is no right way to move through this space.

You can:

  • Watch one video and pause
  • Sit with a video and breathe along
  • Return to the same video daily
  • Use this space when you feel overwhelmed
  • Use this space when you feel nothing at all

Let your body lead.

Your Practice

As you watch each short, allow yourself to:

  • Notice your breath
  • Notice your body
  • Notice what shifts

No judgment.

No fixing.

No forcing.

Just awareness.

Look around your space.

Name 3 things you can see.

Feel your feet on the ground.

You can always come back later.

Your safety comes first.



Recovery Comes First

You do not have to push through.

You do not have to perform.

You do not have to prove anything here.

Regulation is not something you earn.

It is something you return to.

Reflection

After spending time here, gently ask yourself:

  • What did I notice in my body?
  • Did anything shift, even slightly?
  • What felt supportive for me?

There is no right answer.

Only awareness.
