Thank you for your purchase. We are committed to delivering quality products and services that support your wellness and learning journey. Please read our refund and return policy carefully prior to making your purchase.

Digital Products

All sales of digital products—including downloadable workbooks, online courses, masterclass recordings, and eBooks—are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access provided upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Course Credit Request:

If you are unable to attend a scheduled class or complete a digital course within the intended timeframe, a written request may be submitted for credit to apply to a future course or session within 12 months of the original registration date. Credits will only be granted at the sole discretion of Oasis Wellness Centers and must be used within the same calendar year of registration.

Failure to complete a digital course or use approved credits within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of registration and fees paid. Re-enrollment will require a new registration and full payment at the current rate.

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than breakage or manufacturer defects. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at info@oasiswellnessctrs.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

Return Conditions:

• All returns must be pre-approved.
• Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
• Once a return is approved and received, a replacement or credit will be issued as applicable.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the above criteria.

Limitation of Liability

Oasis Wellness Centers, its owners, partners, and affiliates assume no liability for customer failure to complete programs, apply course content, or achieve desired outcomes. All products and services are offered for educational and wellness purposes only, and results may vary.

By completing a purchase through our website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to this policy and waive the right to dispute or reverse charges outside of the terms described above.
